I used the kindle edition ebook of 500 essential and 500 advanced words flashcards for my GRE preparation My recommendation is a resounding yes for both of them How are they different from a plethora of options available They make learning new words a pleasure which is no easy task Sure studying both of these books will take time but it's worth the effort I faced no difficulties in the actual GRE test due to deficiencies in my lexicon If it adds any credibility to my review I scored a 339 in GRE 170 V169 These flashcards provided a much needed leg up for my vocabulary
